until 24 Hours in Stockholm
11th February 2021
Join us on the 11th February 2021 as we embark on our part-digital, part-virtual, part-real life 24 hour adventure in Stockholm.
In Stockholm we will launch our latest collection, CLOUD. A new family of bulbous and sculptural pieces made of bashed and polished aluminium.
On 11th February, we will showcase our new hand-beaten aluminium vessels, vases and platters in Stockholm with a series of events and talks that people are invited to join, wherever they are in the world.
24 Hours coincides with Stockholm Design Week, a celebration of Scandinavian and international design, which runs from 8 – 14th February.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, Tom won’t be able to travel, however we have decided to go ahead with the event schedule regardless by sending a hologram of Tom to attend on his behalf.
24 Hours in Stockholm will follow the same format as Paris and Copenhagen: 1 city and a 24-hour packed event schedule

Introducing
CLOUD
11th February 2021
For 24 Hours in Stockholm we launch CLOUD: a new family of bulbous and sculptural pieces made of bashed and polished aluminium.
Inspired by Panel Beating
CLOUD: Inspired by the old-fashioned techniques of hand panel beating in the car industry. Before Henry Ford and mass production, there was an extensive process which involved hammering out the imperfections to get the desired shape and finish.
With CLOUD, we stopped before this final stage and the hammer marks made by the craftsmen were preserved, capturing the unique qualities and personality achieved by hand in the metal.
Informed by Nature
With CLOUD we’ve drawn from this aesthetic of expressed generosity and celebrate fat and curvaceous contours. The vessels are bulbous and their organic forms are inspired by the ephemeral and soft shapes of clouds.
